1. Introduction

By using Superr.bio you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Agreement to Terms

This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the Superr.bio application or create an account, whichever is earlier.

3. The Service

Superr.bio is a link-in-bio platform that lets creators and businesses build a bio page, add links and sections, view analytics, and use related creator tools. Features available to you depend on your subscription status.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial from the date of account creation. During the trial you may access the features included with your account at signup. No credit card is required to start the trial.

When the trial ends, continued use of Superr.bio requires an active Superr Pass subscription. Without a subscription after the trial, your access may be limited and certain features — including editing your page and viewing analytics — may no longer be available. Your public bio page may remain accessible at our discretion, but we are not obligated to keep it live indefinitely.

5. Superr Pass Subscription

Superr Pass is our paid annual plan, currently priced at $49 per year (less than $5/mo, $49/yr billed once). Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider. By purchasing Superr Pass you agree to the price and billing terms shown at checkout.

Superr Pass is billed as a one-time annual payment for twelve months of access. It does not auto-renew unless we explicitly enable renewal and you opt in. When your subscription period ends, you must renew to keep Pass-only features active.

If you do not renew, your account reverts to a limited state as described in Section 4. Your page content is not deleted, but Pass-only features are paused until you renew.

6. Grandfathered Accounts

Accounts created before 24 June 2026 under our previous free plan may retain their existing access on the terms in effect when they signed up, unless we notify you otherwise. This Section 6 applies only to those legacy accounts and does not extend free access to new signups.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use Superr.bio for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, or share through your Superr.bio page, including links, images, and text.

8. Disclaimer

It is not warranted that Superr.bio will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement (including without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption or loss of contracts), so far as such exclusion or disclaimer is permitted under the applicable law are excluded and expressly disclaimed. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Superr.bio does not give any warranty, guarantee or other term as to the quality, fitness for purpose or otherwise of the software. Superr.bio shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims (whether caused by Superr.bio negligence or the negligence of its servants or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the provision of any goods or services by Superr.bio. Superr.bio shall not be liable or deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control. Notwithstanding contrary clauses in this Agreement, in the event that Superr.bio are deemed liable to you for breach of this Agreement, you agree that Superr.bio liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for your services or software in the twelve months preceding the claim, which amount calculated in reliance upon this clause. You hereby release Superr.bio from any and all obligations, liabilities and claims in excess of this limitation.

10. Responsibilities

Superr.bio is not responsible for what the user does with user-generated content. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and third-party platform policies.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the version and date at the top of this page. Continued use of Superr.bio after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. General Terms and Law

You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Superr.bio as a result of your use of these services. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent or employee of Superr.bio. You agree that Superr.bio will not be liable by reason of any representation, act or omission to act by you.
