New accounts receive a one-month free trial. No payment is required during the trial. If you choose not to continue after the trial, simply do not purchase Superr Pass — you will not be charged.

Superr Pass Refunds

Superr Pass is an annual subscription priced at $49/year, billed as a one-time payment for twelve months of access. Because access is granted immediately upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds once Superr Pass has been activated.

If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will review your case.

Non-Renewal

Superr Pass does not auto-renew by default. When your annual period ends, Pass-only features are paused until you choose to renew. You will not be charged again unless you explicitly purchase another year.
